Dan Wesolowski

As Director, Global Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS), Dan is responsible for management of the Corporate EHS group and programs, as well as oversight for the EHS function worldwide. After serving several EHS positions in coal-fired utilities, government (DoD), and consulting, Dan joined the Corporate Environmental Affairs group of Westinghouse Electric Corporation in 1989, where he served in a variety of roles in support of EHS compliance, sustainability and risk management for worldwide facilities.

 

Dan was retained with the nuclear energy businesses of Westinghouse Electric Company with its divestiture in 1998, and has served a variety of plant and corporate roles. He spent two years in Westinghouse's continual improvement program, becoming a certified Customer 1st Leader, while solving a variety of complex issues in manufacturing and service operations.

 

Dan joined the Corporate EHS group in 2010 as Manager, Global Environment. He then led the EHS transformation initiative that is focused on aligning worldwide EHS activities for Westinghouse. He was promoted to his current position as Director with the reorganization of the center EHS organization in 2012.

 

Dan is a registered professional engineer and a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, where he earned a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
