Stefanie Giese-Bogdan, Technical Manager; 3M Co.
Stefanie Giese-Bogdan is Technical Manager, 3M EHS Operations –Environmental Laboratory, where she leads the company’s effort in evaluating chemicals and products for environmental fate and effects, as well as Product Life Cycle Assessments. She assists product developers with evaluation and selection of chemicals to enable development of more sustainable products and the ability to respond to customer questions regarding the environmental footprint of products.
Dr. Giese-Bogdan is involved in various external organizations – notably, she is currently on the Board of Directors for SETAC (Society of Environmental Toxicology and Chemistry) North America. She has a doctorate in Analytical Chemistry and over 15 years of experience in environmental science.
